By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Compliance and Legal Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. About Loyalteez
Loyalteez provides a compliance-first loyalty infrastructure that enables brands to:
- Deposit funds in supported currencies (e.g., USDC).
- Allocate budgets into non-transferable LTZ credits.
- Define customer actions that earn LTZ (purchases, engagement, etc.).
- Enable redemption of LTZ across the Loyalteez partner network.
⚠️ Important Compliance Notice:
- LTZ are not tokens, securities, stablecoins, or cash equivalents.
- LTZ have no market value and cannot be traded, transferred, or sold outside the Loyalteez platform.
- LTZ are brand-funded credits with value derived only from a brand’s loyalty budget.
3. Eligibility
- Brand Accounts: You must be an authorized representative of a business entity to create a brand account.
- Consumer Users: Consumers may earn and redeem LTZ through brand campaigns. You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).
- By using the Services, you represent that you are legally permitted to do so under applicable laws.
4. Accounts and Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
- You agree to notify Loyalteez immediately of any unauthorized access or breach of security.
- Loyalteez is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your account.
5. Acceptable Use
When using the Services, you agree not to:
- Attempt to transfer, trade, or sell LTZ outside the Loyalteez platform.
- Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
- Circumvent or disable security or compliance features.
- Upload, post, or transmit malicious code.
- Interfere with the normal functioning of the Services.
6. Intellectual Property
- All content, branding, software, trademarks, and data related to Loyalteez remain the exclusive property of Loyalteez or its licensors.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services in accordance with these Terms.
7. Fees and Payments (for Brand Partners)
- Brands may deposit budgets in supported currencies for conversion into LTZ.
- Fees for use of the Services are outlined in partner agreements or pricing schedules.
- All deposits and LTZ allocations are final, except as otherwise provided under applicable law.
8. Data Protection and Privacy
- Loyalteez processes data in compliance with GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and other applicable laws.

- By using the Services, you consent to our data practices as outlined therein.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to:
- Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
- We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Loyalteez shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Loyalteez’s total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Loyalteez in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
- Loyalteez may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms or if required by law.
- You may stop using the Services at any time by deactivating your account.
12. Compliance with Laws
You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Services, including but not limited to:
- Consumer protection laws.
- Data protection and privacy laws.
- Financial regulations relevant to brand deposits.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
- Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Texas.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
