- Attempting to trade, transfer, or sell LTZ outside the Loyalteez network.
- Misrepresenting LTZ as cryptocurrency, securities, or cash equivalents.
- Using LTZ for speculative or investment purposes.
b. Unlawful Activity
- Using the Services to engage in fraud, money laundering, terrorism financing, or any illegal activity.
- Violating applicable laws, including data protection, financial regulations, or export controls.
c. Harmful Conduct
- Uploading or transmitting malware, viruses, or harmful code.
- Attempting unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
- Interfering with the integrity, security, or performance of the Services.
d. Abusive or Misleading Behavior
- Impersonating any individual or entity.
- Misrepresenting your relationship with Loyalteez or partner brands.
- Spamming, phishing, or conducting unsolicited advertising using the Services.
4. Enforcement and Consequences
- Loyalteez may suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of this AUP.
- We reserve the right to remove content, disable access, or report unlawful activity to authorities.
- Violations may also result in civil or criminal liability under applicable law.
