- Not Tokens: LTZ are not cryptocurrency, digital tokens, or blockchain-based assets with transferability or secondary-market use.
- Not Securities: LTZ do not represent equity, debt, investment contracts, or financial instruments under U.S. SEC rules, MiCA (EU), or other securities regulations.
- Not Cash Equivalents: LTZ cannot be exchanged for fiat currency, stablecoins, or other digital assets outside the Loyalteez network.
- Budget-Backed Only: LTZ allocations are created solely from a brand’s funded loyalty budget and have no connection to external market prices, trading, or speculation.
