Credits are a utility unit, not a security, currency, or investment.
- Credits are designed solely for use within the Loyalteez ecosystem to redeem perks from participating brands.
- Credits have no guaranteed, fixed, or intrinsic monetary value.
- Credits cannot be exchanged for fiat currency (USD, EUR, etc.) through Loyalteez.
- Credits are non-transferable between users and non-refundable once distributed.
- The purchase of credits by brands is a prepayment for reward distribution services, not an investment.
No Investment or Financial Advice
Nothing on this website or in our services constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice. Loyalteez is a loyalty rewards platform, not a financial product. You should not treat any of the content as such.
Credits are not designed to appreciate in value. Any perceived "value" of credits is limited to their utility for redeeming perks within the network.

Technology & Infrastructure Risks
Loyalteez operates on distributed infrastructure, which carries inherent risks:
- Technical Issues: Software systems, while tested, may contain bugs or vulnerabilities.
- Infrastructure Risks: The underlying infrastructure may experience congestion, downtime, or changes.
- Account Security: You are responsible for securing access to your account. Lost credentials cannot always be recovered.
Third-Party Services & Brands
Loyalteez is not responsible for:
- The actions, products, or services of participating brands
- The quality, fulfillment, or delivery of perks offered by brands
- Any disputes between users and brands regarding perk redemption
- Third-party authentication services (e.g., Privy)
- Any third-party websites or services linked from our platform
Each brand operates independently and sets its own terms for perk redemption. Disputes regarding specific perks should be directed to the issuing brand.
Regulatory Considerations
The regulatory landscape for digital reward services is evolving. Users acknowledge:
- Regulations may change, potentially affecting the availability or functionality of Loyalteez services in certain jurisdictions.

Our aggregate liability for any claims shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid to Loyalteez in the 12 months preceding the claim.
